Brainspotting Intensives

Accelerated Healing. Deeper Work. Lasting Change.

What is a Brainspotting Intensive?

A Brainspotting Intensive offers a unique opportunity to go deeper, faster. Instead of working in short, fragmented sessions, intensives provide the spaciousness to fully explore the layers of what you’re carrying without the pressure of a ticking clock. There’s no need to rush into vulnerability only to be cut off just as things get meaningful. In an intensive, we have the time to sit with what comes up, process it fully, and move through it at a pace that supports deep, sustainable healing. Therapy is healthcare. Imagine a surgeon saying, “Time’s up—let’s put that kidney back in and pick this up next week.” That would be absurd. Yet in traditional therapy, we often stir up deep wounds only to pause and repack them until the next session. A Brainspotting Intensive allows us to keep going, working through the hard parts in real time, so you don’t have to keep reopening the same emotional wounds over and over again.

What Makes a Brainspotting Intensive Different?

  • Black and white photo of a modern building with a cylindrical facade covered in circular patterns and a bridge-like structure with large round windows extending from it.

    Saves Time and Money

Brainspotting Intensives can be a cost-effective alternative to ongoing weekly therapy. Instead of spending months or even years in traditional therapy to reach your goals, a one- or two-day intensive allows you to do deeper work in a condensed timeframe. When you compare the cumulative cost of weekly sessions over the course of a year to the upfront investment of an intensive, the value becomes clear—fewer sessions, faster progress, lasting results.

    Flexible, Alternative Format

If your schedule doesn’t allow for weekly appointments or if you’re seeking more immediate results, an intensive may be the perfect fit. Unlike the traditional 50-minute therapy hour, Brainspotting Intensives provide several hours of uninterrupted time, at your pace, with breaks built in as needed. This structure gives you the freedom to stay with what’s coming up, without the pressure of a session ending just as things start to unfold.

  • Works Alongside Talk Therapy

Already working with a therapist? No problem. Brainspotting Intensives can be used as a powerful supplement to traditional talk therapy. Intensives help you process more in less time, clearing emotional blocks and creating momentum. This can make your ongoing therapy even more effective by opening new pathways for insight, regulation, and growth.
